Capacity Ticket — SAPRE-FX
Scope
One senior RE-FX consultant, deployed into your project structure, under your delivery responsibility. Configuration RE-FX, ILM, IFRS 16, migration support, escalation coverage, workshop and 2nd Level support.
Procedure
- Capacity is booked in 4-hour blocks. 4 blocks minimum per booking item (=16 hours)
- Each block is added to the cart as a separate item — the integrator chooses how many blocks to book.
- Each block is one cancellation unit. Cancellation applies per block.
- Recommended: book in smaller numbers of blocks rather than one large bundle — keeps cancellation flexible.
- The rate is fixed at booking time and does not change afterwards.
- Prices increase as the start date approaches — the earlier the booking, the lower the rate.
- Prepayment required.
Rates
- Booking 60+ days ahead: €98/h
- Rates increase progressively with shorter lead time, up to €180/h at 24 hours’ notice
- The applicable rate is confirmed at the time of booking

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Bookings are made exclusively by businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code / equivalent commercial-buyer status).
Each 4-hour block is a separate cancellation unit. The hourly rate confirmed at booking applies only to the booked date.
Cancellation:
You receive a refund of the paid block price minus a cancellation fee. The fee equals the difference between the rate confirmed at booking and the (higher) rate applicable at the time of cancellation, multiplied by the block’s hours — minimum EUR 49 per block, capped at the paid block price. If the current rate is equal to or lower than the booking rate, no fee applies. The customer may demonstrate that no damage or a substantially lower damage has occurred.
Rescheduling:
Treated economically as cancellation plus new booking; the remaining value of the original block, after any cancellation fee, is credited toward the new date. Maximum one rescheduling per block.
Short-notice, non-attributable unavailability (illness, travel disruption, technical failure) on either the consultant’s or the customer’s side: the block may be split into two 2-hour sub-blocks and held up to 2 days before or after the original date, subject to the other party’s consent and slot availability. No cancellation fee applies, and the original hourly rate is preserved. This does not count as a rescheduling. Project delays, internal approval processes, or loss of a tender on the customer’s side do not constitute non-attributable unavailability.
Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply
Limitations
This is not a framework contract. No monthly retainer, no minimum term, no commitment beyond the booked package. The same consultant is assigned to every ticket.
