What we offer for System Integrators
System Integrator
Not products. Not services. Tickets.
This is the overview page for system integrators delivering SAP® RE-FX projects: consultancies, partners, and implementation teams who shape bids, win tenders, and execute on them. Below are the three tickets we currently offer for system integrators.
What we offer is genuinely new territory. The international vocabulary around our work is uneven — “product” suggests something off the shelf, “service” suggests open-ended retainers. Even the legal distinction between Werkvertrag and Dienstvertrag is not always clean. So we call them tickets: bounded, bookable, with a defined start and end. You know what you book. You know what you pay. You know when it ends.
Each ticket brings operator-side depth to a specific point in your delivery cycle — from an independent read of a tender before you commit, to senior RE-FX capacity inside a running engagement. Tickets are bookable individually, on demand, and without a framework contract. What they share: senior RE-FX expertise, an operator’s perspective on what holds up in production, and a clearly scoped deliverable. Pick the one that matches your situation, or use the situation matrix further down to find the right entry point.

Integrator situations look different from operator situations. You are not running the system — you are shaping the bid, defending the scope, or staffing a delivery team under pressure. An RE-FX tender to assess before you commit, a response to write with operator-side credibility, a senior gap in a running engagement: each can be approached from more than one angle. The decision matrix below pairs typical situations with the tickets that fit. Gold tags mark the format that is most directly designed for that situation. Blue tags are supporting formats that often work in combination. If your case is not on the list, or you want to discuss which ticket fits before booking, a short call usually clarifies it in a few minutes.
