Structured coaching for a newly appointed in-house SAP RE-FX consultant — whether a junior hire starting from zero or a lateral hire from another SAP module. The method is set in advance; the configuration of each session adapts to the trainee and the problems they bring into it.

What we do.

The programme answers one specific question: how do we get this person operational and useful as quickly as possible, without the silent gaps that informal mentoring leaves behind. It is not a training course and not a certification. It is iterative coaching — one trainee, one moderator, one to three real problems per session, worked through live in the system. The reasoning behind each step is made explicit, so the trainee learns not only what to do but why the system behaves as it does.

How.

Each session is individually bookable and is built around a three-hour block: a preparation phase, a live session of thirty to sixty minutes via collaborative screen sharing, and the written synthesis afterwards. Before the session, the trainee sends one to three topics from their current work — a change request they cannot resolve, a configuration whose logic is unclear, a posting result they do not understand. The live portion works through those topics in the system. The reasoning is examined out loud; the trainee operates, we guide. The configuration adapts to the trainee: a new hire needs more foundational explanation, a lateral hire needs the deltas to their previous module.

What you receive.

A written record is delivered after every session, documenting the problems brought, the reasoning applied, the configurations touched, and the conclusions reached. Over the course of the programme, these accumulate into the trainee’s own working reference — something they will keep returning to long after the coaching ends. The records are your property; we retain only anonymised methodological learnings.

• Cadence: variable — weekly while the trainee is climbing the steep part of the curve, tapering to bi-weekly or monthly as competence stabilises
• Languages: spoken in English or German; written records available in English, German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish. Non-English versions are high-quality AI translations; the English version is authoritative in case of doubt.
