Book senior specialist capacity for operational SAP RE-FX work, focused Customizing, testing and related technical tasks in your existing system landscape. The service is intended for clearly defined work that requires experienced hands-on support, without setting up a full consulting project around it.

Typical tasks include:

• Operational RE-FX: contract processing and corrections, condition maintenance, indexation and other rent adjustments, measurements and calculation bases, service charge settlement, periodic postings such as RERAPP, and analysis or correction of posting issues.
• RE-FX Customizing: setting up or adapting contract types, condition types, account determination, assignments, adjustment rules and other focused configuration within the RE-FX environment.
• IFRS 16 / valuation: work with valuation-relevant contract data, valuation rules, valuation runs, result analysis, error resolution and related configuration.
• Testing & defect resolution: selection and preparation of test cases, test execution, documentation and protocols, defect analysis, correction and retesting. Where suitable, testing can be structured according to recognised ISTQB principles.
• Technical & data tasks: SE16/SE16N analysis, ABAP debugging for root-cause analysis, smaller LSMW or batch-input activities, controlled mass changes and similar technical support.
• SAP ILM: retention and deletion rules, archiving-related configuration, testing, analysis and troubleshooting of data lifecycle processes.

System access & liability: We normally perform configuration and technical changes in development or test systems. If work directly in a productive system is specifically requested, our separate System Access & Liability Terms apply and must be accepted at checkout. Please also ensure that the required SAP access, VPN connection and authorisations can be available by the booked date.
