What does Profisaison mean?

Profisaison is a term from professional sport. It describes an environment in which performance is supported by clear structures, reliability, discipline and a high degree of organisation. It also marks the difference between occasional participation and professional commitment. We recognised something of our own field in that idea. Digital Real Estate operates within complex organisations, specialised systems, regulatory requirements and established processes. It is an environment in which experience, sound judgement and dependable execution matter.

Why did we choose the name?

The name itself originated from a typo in an email conversation and, at first, seemed an unlikely choice for a company with a European outlook. It remained because it captured more than we had intended. It reflected the professional environment in which we work, but also the access model we were developing at the same time. Traditional SAP and IT consulting can involve tenders, agencies, framework agreements and lengthy contracting processes before specialist expertise becomes available. We wanted to create a more direct model: clearly defined services, transparent access and a four-step engagement process. During the development of the platform, individual engagements became known as “tickets”. The term stayed, and the ticket became part of the Profisaison identity.

What remains from the original idea?

The core idea remains unchanged, but it has become more precise. Not every operational issue, architecture question or strategic decision requires a full consulting project around it. Sometimes the need is for experienced support at a specific point in time; sometimes for an independent second opinion; sometimes for a broader view before a decision is made. Profisaison is designed around that reality: professional expertise should be accessible with less friction, while maintaining the standards of reliability, structure and professional responsibility expected in complex organisations.
