Step 1:
Choose a time slot, then add it to your cart.

Choose your appointments directly in the calendar. Short-notice bookings may be priced higher; appointments around three weeks or more in advance generally follow the standard rate.

Once the minimum booking volume has been reached, you can add the service to your cart. Notes can be added to individual appointments. Please observe the maximum number of hours available per booking.

step 2:
Enter your company details & make a payment.

Prepare your corporate credit card.  Enter your VAT number, business address and contact person, then securely complete the payment via Stripe.  Please read and understand the terms before paying. You can also add notes to the order, for example if an alternate email address should be used for an invite.

Step 3:
Receive your invoice and calendar invitation.

Your invoice is automatically generated and sent to you after payment.  Where applicable, the reverse charge mechanism is applied.  Shortly afterwards (depending on the chosen service) you’ll receive an invitation to the address on your invoice for an online meeting, usually conducted via Microsoft Teams.

step 4:
Accept the invitation and attend the meeting.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a calendar invitation for the agreed date and time with all relevant meeting details.

Need to reschedule at short notice? No problem. Subject to availability, your appointment can usually be moved up to 2 days earlier or up to 2 working days later. In case of illness or force majeure, we will arrange a new appointment with you.
