After a Health Check, after a Steering Jour Fixe, after a Knowledge Infusion or Retention — the engagement has ended, the work has landed, the team carries it on. And then, weeks or months later, a small thing comes up that needs us again. A question about the configuration we touched. A reconciliation that does not behave. A half-day next to the colleague who has since taken over the topic.

The Capacity Ticket exists for exactly these moments. Half-days, booked one at a time, paid in advance. The rate starts at €84 per hour (€336 per half-day) at 42 days lead time and rises with shorter notice up to €180 per hour (€720 per half-day) for bookings in the same calendar week. The earlier the booking, the lower the rate. The rate is fixed at the moment of booking.

The Capacity Ticket is deliberately small. Half-days, single bookings, no framework, no minimum after the booking is closed out. The same senior consultant returns to the work — the one who knows the system from the earlier engagement.

It is not a way to restart a project, and it is not a replacement for an in-house team. For larger topics — a multi-month workstream, a structured handover, an end-to-end review — a different format applies.

Booking is straightforward: cart, terms, payment, invoice. The work takes place on your system, under your governance, with a named consultant.
