Mandatory mediation
Prior to initiating any judicial proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the services, contractual relationships, or any matter related to this website by mediation administered by the Centre de Médiation Civile et Commerciale of the Chambre de Commerce du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, in accordance with its rules in force at the time of the request for mediation.
Only after the mediation procedure has been concluded without settlement, or has been formally terminated by the mediator, shall either party be entitled to initiate judicial proceedings. Provisional or protective measures before competent courts remain unaffected by this clause.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This website and all contractual relationships entered into through it are governed exclusively by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and excluding any conflict-of-laws rules that would lead to the application of a foreign legal system.
For all business-to-business relationships, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Luxembourg City (Tribunal d’arrondissement de Luxembourg). Any agreement on a foreign place of jurisdiction, whether explicit or implied, is expressly excluded. The mandatory mediation clause set out above shall apply before any judicial proceedings may be initiated.
