A simple 4-month framework contract: you gain the right to request SAP ILM® work ad-hoc, without long-term commitments
Choose between three clear service tiers depending on urgency and planning needs.
How it works

Term: 4 months, renewable

Base fee: €380 / month (payable in advance, via credit card or bank transfer) - paymernt for 4 month (not refundable)

Included setup: 3 hours for initial onboarding and administration (system access, accounts, passwords). Anything beyond is billable.

Requests: submit incidents / change requests as needed

All requests subject to available capacity; provider may decline if capacity is fully allocated.

Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but can roll over up to 60 days if contract is renewed.
