Eine Handvoll von Vertr\u00e4gen wird nie korrekt gebucht. Ich habe aufgeh\u00f6rt zu versuchen, die Ursache zu beheben und f\u00fchre stattdessen eine pers\u00f6nliche Liste. Das Buchhaltungsteam fragt sogar, warum ich die Sollstellung einmal anpassen wollte. Normalerweise verbringe ich acht Stunden damit, die Fehler zu finden. Manchmal finde ich den Grund. Manchmal sage ich: &#8222;Ich werde es n\u00e4chsten Monat \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.&#8220; N\u00e4chsten Monat k\u00f6nnte es ein anderes Geb\u00e4ude sein.       <br\/><br\/>Und dann gibt es noch die andere Art von Problem \u2013 die, die nicht vom System selbst stammen, sondern von allem, was ihm widerfahren ist. Eine Migration, die danach niemand best\u00e4tigte. Eine Umstrukturierung, bei der die Vertr\u00e4ge auf einen neuen Firmencode umgestellt wurden, aber nicht sauber. Eine regulatorische \u00c4nderung, die unter Zeitdruck umgesetzt und nie \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wurde. Keiner davon ist ein Bug. Ein paar hundert Euro hier, eine Rundungsdifferenz dort. Ich habe nie herausgefunden, ob es sich dabei um ein korrektes Verhalten handelt oder um etwas, das sich verschiebt. Ich habe einmal in einem Forum gefragt. Jemand antwortete mit einer Hinweiszahl. Ich habe sie angewandt. Die \u00c4nderungen traten weiterhin auf. Ich nahm an, dass es korrekt war.       <br\/><br\/>Es gibt Dinge in meiner Konfiguration, die ich nie anger\u00fchrt habe, weil sie schon da waren, als ich ankam, und sie scheinen zu funktionieren. Eine Bedingungsart hei\u00dft &#8222;Z_REFX_CNTsomething&#8220; - eindeutig benutzerdefiniert, eindeutig aus der urspr\u00fcnglichen Implementierung. Sie wird jeden Monat ausgel\u00f6st und bucht etwas auf ein Konto. Das Konto stimmt \u00fcberein. Ich habe den Entwickler gefragt: Er sagte, es habe mit dem BAdI der Indexierung zu tun. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich mehr wissen m\u00f6chte.     <br\/><br\/>Wenn Pr\u00fcfer fragen: &#8222;Sind Sie zuversichtlich, dass diese Zahl vollst\u00e4ndig und korrekt ist?&#8220; Ich sage ja. Innerlich denke ich: &#8222;Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass es genauso produziert wird wie letztes Jahr. Zahlen, die ich nicht hinterfrage. Nicht, weil sie richtig aussehen - weil ich nicht wei\u00df, wie sie aufgebaut sind. Mein Team sagt mir, dass sie sich ausgleichen. Ich vertraue ihnen. Aber wenn ich dieselbe Frage zweimal stelle, erhalte ich manchmal zwei verschiedene Antworten - beide vern\u00fcnftig, aber keine nachvollziehbar. Wenn der Monatsabschluss ausgeglichen ist, unterschreibe ich ihn. Was sich hinter den Zahlen verbirgt, ist eine Blackbox, mit der ich zu leben gelernt habe.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn jemand eine \u00c4nderung vorschl\u00e4gt - &#8222;sollten wir die Verbuchung von Miete und Nebenkosten neu strukturieren?&#8220; - ist meine erste Reaktion ein Z\u00f6gern. Mein Team ist zuversichtlich, dass es machbar ist. Ich habe gelernt, dass &#8222;es ist machbar&#8220; und &#8222;wir werden wissen, was es uns im Nachhinein kostet&#8220; nicht derselbe Satz sind. Wie viele Berichte h\u00e4ngen davon ab? Was werde ich dem Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfer erneut erkl\u00e4ren m\u00fcssen? Normalerweise lasse ich diese Gespr\u00e4che sausen. Nicht, weil die Frage falsch ist, sondern weil ich die Kosten der Antwort nicht absch\u00e4tzen kann.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Ich habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass sich einige Zahlen seltsam verhalten. Die Abgrenzung von Nebenkosten sieht glatter aus, als es die zugrunde liegenden Daten eigentlich zulassen sollten. Wenn ich nachfrage, kommen die Erkl\u00e4rungen - technisch, plausibel, vollst\u00e4ndig. Und doch schlie\u00dft sich die L\u00fccke zwischen dem, was erkl\u00e4rt wird, und dem, was ich sehe, nicht. Also belasse ich es dabei. Zuzugeben, dass &#8222;etwas Grundlegendes nicht stimmen k\u00f6nnte&#8220;, f\u00fchlt sich an, als w\u00fcrde ich eine T\u00fcr \u00f6ffnen, die ich nicht wieder schlie\u00dfen kann - Untersuchungen, Projekte, Schuldzuweisungen, Erwartungen, f\u00fcr die ich nicht die Bandbreite habe. Solange die Zahlen nicht offensichtlich absurd aussehen, sind sie gut genug.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Zwischenzeit wachsen ich und RE-FX aneinander. Meine Routinen, meine Tabellen, meine ungeschriebenen Regeln wickeln sich um seine Macken. Die merkw\u00fcrdigen Dinge werden &#8222;einfach so, wie wir es hier tun&#8220;. Ich dokumentiere nicht die H\u00e4lfte der Umgehungsl\u00f6sungen, weil ich mich an sie erinnere. Ich stelle seltsame Ergebnisse nicht in Frage, weil ich die Erkl\u00e4rung verinnerlicht habe. Ich bin das fehlende Handbuch.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kosten f\u00fcr echte Ver\u00e4nderungen explodieren f\u00f6rmlich. Um das System zu reparieren, m\u00fcsste ich nicht nur SAP anfassen, sondern auch jahrelanges stillschweigendes Wissen ausgraben und die pers\u00f6nliche Logik, die ich darauf aufgebaut habe, aufl\u00f6sen. Das System ist nicht mehr nur komplex - es ist pers\u00f6nlich. Es basiert auf meinem Ged\u00e4chtnis, meinem Urteilsverm\u00f6gen und meinen Umgehungsl\u00f6sungen. Wenn ich gehe, kann keine Dokumentation das ersetzen, was ich mir angeeignet habe. Wenn ich bleibe, zahle ich die Kosten in Form von stillen Gemeinkosten - jeden Monat ein bisschen mehr.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der einzige Ausweg ist der schwierigere: Sehen Sie es zuerst klar. Reparieren Sie es nicht, geben Sie ihm nicht die Schuld, rechtfertigen Sie es nicht.
